I need to push the envelope a tad and make a dude version of this....

Im just worried that black sheer on a dude would be TOO LADY, but thats what I thought about the net suit and its a best seller so... It would just be expensive to make for a small market but...why not. It will take forever to make in samples though..ugh.

Go for it.
If you focus on showcasing the chest and shoulders like in a low corset it becomes automatically more masculine. Even though he's wearing hose on the lower half of this body.
Remember the wrestler from the 90's who's big thing was carrying around a giant pair of scissors? He wore a mix of tights and fishnet stockings and never got any flack for it.
Don't know why I just thought of that.

As I'm sure that you know, fetish wear almost always looks better on the model than on the purchaser, especially including fishnet on men. I suspect that the buyers of items in that material would similarly go for black sheer fabric, regardless of whether it may be viewed as too femme. But just a hunch.

I would totally want something like that in the male form! The net suit you already carry is way hot, a combo of the net & spandex would be wicked hot.

I think if you cut the latex sections with straight edges (think boxy or rectangular shapes) as opposed to thin, curvy lines like that of those flames that Mugler piece that you're referencing from- you'll be fine.

If you're going to use a black sheer like the one mentioned, I'd suggest sticking to a design that's more sportswear inspired as a good juxtaposition. Those types of broad and dynamic strokes will always come off more masculine.

Like keeping the chest area latex but exposing the stomach in black sheer (like that of a football uniform) may work.
