but just a very brief update, Madrid Pride, Im kinda embarrassed to say because every other "pride" I ever want to is gross ( except for long beach which is cute) so im hesitant to call it "pride" but Madrid Pride was actually FIERCE. Thats all I can say for right now... that and 26 centimeters ES MUY GRANDE..;)

I dont have very big traps but Ive found that lighter weight and lifting the dumbells BACk at and ANGLE works them out much better then just lifting them straight up and down. I do mixed weight of them, like first a bunch at like 45 then 70 then like 90 then more at 50

holy CRAP, you got tan!
I know its that Spainish sun it was fierce but it also gave me pimple all over my face, I think its the combination of staying up forever, the sun, and it being sorta dusty there.
