I have forsaken life for a chair...

I just spent 4 hours looking at chairs and trunks for my bedroom. I didnt eat or go to the gym and just got back from the grocery store where I looked like a ZONED OUT METH HEAD because I had RAISIN EYES from starring at the monitor for four hours non stop but I narrowed the chair down to two.
Which do you think is better? I was considering the quilted tall one in leather with MATTE BLACK WOOD not the lacquer that its shown in OR the tall rectangular one in black velvet not gray or MAYBE black crocodile but thats a WIDE SURFACE to cover with a pattern which always looks bad in my book unless the pattern is MEGA HUGE which it isnt. Anyways, all of my friends but Whitney and myself lean toward the quilted one which SHOCKS ME because the quilted one is a straight up kick in the nuts of HIGH FAGGOTRY and though its obviously a FULL QUEENS bedroom I dont want it to be a BONER KILL when a dude walks in and both are seriously going that way but I was surprised to hear that most of my friends think the cushioned one is LESS GAY?!. My friend said if if I wanna butch it up just throw a towel over it which I could do but if I throw a towel over the rectangle one dudes will think TYNE DALY is hiding in the corner?!
So imagine the quilted one with matte black wood or the rectangle one with black velvet or crocodile...

Tall rectangular in gray or black is Gomez Adams meets Nosferatu = Lestat perfection. Must have. Must own. Swoon/Drool.

No, definitely not the quilted one. I think the tall black one is reminiscent of inquisitions, or a bigoted pastor's dining chair - this will clearly send a message to your admiring friends of unbending purpose and manly strength.... on the other hand, once you coat it in crocodile (or mauve ruched velvet) your hidden faggotry will be instantly recognisable to those in the know. So everyone's happy. Aren't they?

Dave......Of the two, I prefer the quilted one as well. As an accent piece, it's great. The "tall" piece reminds me of an electric chair and scarey. If the back was half the size it would be quite handsome....Joe

God, I love the tall one! I really do, wish I could afford it (assuming it's fucking expensive). It's simply gorgeous, mysterious, Gary Oldman's Dracula-like fixture but oh so modern.

Pair it with this floor-placing table lamp and you're done.

I have to agree the flat high back is just too haute and looks like something you'd see in a boutique hotel lobby, i like the tufted leather better, plus they will look good with wear and tear.

Hi darling,
I've been collecting chairs for years... and can't help but love them both! On purely a resale standpoint you have a better chance of getting your money back from the quilted pair. And, I agree, a ratty towel and some laundry piled on that one will change it's look instantly from "queen", to "dude with a chair". However, the other one is so stylized, and if you're really drawn to it for its look, and think it will go better with the decor you already have, than you can always just OWN it when a guy walks in. If a chair kills his boner, do you really wanna sleep with him anyhow?
Can't wait to see which way you go...

You wanna talk about gay? I was going to write that before I decide I'd have to see the rest of the room's decor to see which one fit more. Now THAT'S gay!

I really love the shape of the tall, rectangular one, it's very handsome and somewhat unique (which is a plus b/c no other homo will have it) and I say yes to black velvet.

I would definitely go for crocodile BUT I worry about who's doing your upholstery- because it could come out horrible and with cushion not fitting right. With the shape of the chair being oblong, I would go with a black crocodile pattern so you don't have an unlikely pattern fighting against the shape of that chair. It would have to be subtle. But crocodile would def be cool and more butch.

Oh, and I wouldn't worry about it being gay- bringing a guy home is more gay than any chair.

Totally go with the quilted one for the bedroom. First it is kind of faggy but the black and the leather make it much more masculine and a much more classical design. The problem with the other is the shape, to me you may hate it in two years and the material, Velvet in a bedroom? Umm can you say cum stains? Not good! Not only will the velvet wear from sitting on it but you will always worry when you have lube, cum, or any other wet things around. Leather Quilted all the way!

Number 1 chair jumps out at you
Its unuusal but it looks so low
to the ground and so straight back I dont think i would like sitting in it for very long

I perfer Number 2 for comfort reasons
although I find Number 1 asthetcially
more pleasing.

Such good advice you all have! I agree I cant do velvet because of cum and lube thats for sure and the rectangle one looks bad in leather but maybe not so bad in croc ? I dunno. Im gonna supply a pic of the room so you can see what I mean.

I really like the rectangle one in croc since velvet seems so problematic. It is so Addams family-esque. But can you really sit on it with it being so low to the ground??? The other one looks like it belongs in a boutique. What happened to the burned one?

Which one will hold up better with a guy tied up to it? :-)

The burned one isnt tall enough not to mention its three times the cost of these. :(

Dave, you should know that when a dude is ready to fuck decor don't make a damn bit o' difference!!!

Go back to Mantiques or the like and buy some real furniture! Start "collecting" with an eye for realness and invent your look.
All this new shit is a major faggoty boner kill and in all my years of apartment hopping from one piggy stud daddy or latin muscle roitard to another I can say with out a doubt it matters. You are WAAAAY to much of an artist to be buying this chi- chi show room junk. Come on man, put it together.

wow... what a cunt.

Dave, if Anon's boner is so easily killed he should certainly take Viagra and wear a blind fold! In all my years as a ho it's been the dude and not the decor that maters! I'm not fuckin' the furniture!!!

Both chairs are fuckin hideous, and probably unsuited for anything but sittin up straight Sunday school like. Chuk'em out and get something suited for what we do best. With your dick up a trick's ass, who gives a shit what the chair looks like!

you sound fun to be around!

Jeeezzz! Dave! Who woulda thunk that
a bit o' furniture would invoke such strong responses!!! Could this exercise be a sign of "High Faggotry"?

I much prefer the quilted one...the other one is too tall to be so plain.
