@Dan: No, it's not a "children's store". @Sue: As I understand it, the porcupine was a rescue. And it now lives in an Alaskan wildlife sanctuary. Its previous contact with humans has likely made it so friendly and so dependent on people that it wouldn't survive if released into the wild.

Very cute, but I don't think I would want an animal that I had to handle with gloves. Um, shouldn't it be in the wild?
