My muscles grow off of PINK GOO.

Everyday, sometimes twice a day, I eat PINK GOO. Its super high protein, non fat, delicious and PINK, so basically its magic. What its STREET NAME is is "Fage" which they make VERY CLEAR is pronounced "Fa-yeh!" on the side of the package so STOP calling it "FAG". Its greek yogurt and has no fat and 23 grams of protein per serving. DO NOT be TRICKED by other brands though saying they are greek yogurt, theyre NOT. This yogurt is VERY different than traditional yogurt. Its very thick and WHITE and is slightly thicker then sour cream. I think in France its called FROMAGE BLANC. Francois suggested I eat it and he eats it all the time too but he doesnt add calorie free strawberry syrup like I do which is what makes it PINK. I also throw in nuts and berries and have a very FRUITS OF THE FORREST moment. I imagine its what SATYRS eat.
I highly suggest it. I cant imagine eating something better, its easy, clean and high in protein.

I hate to bring it up, but you are using "then" whee you should be using "than". That being said, I love your blog and I just want you to avoid mean people. This is a great tip for protein intake. Thanks!

I hate to say it, but you are using "then" where you should be using "than". I love your blog (and this protein tip) and just want to protect you from mean people! Keep up the great work!

Ha! I was unaware of the article and that I was building a welcoming gate to a place I've never been?!

Greek cheese and french fromage blanc are not exactly the same thing, as the greek cheese is less watery than french cheese. But this tip for protein is really interesting, thanks.

I had some in Hong Kong, recently, with honey and walnuts. Damn, it was good...better than Dannon, and I love that shit.

Wait...you've never been to Fire Island? Neither have I, but my excuse is I live in Buffalo.
