I see no better results in getting an ass then doing this and the escalator cardio machine

It has to be this kind, i do NOT get the same results from the standing kick back press and I do NOT mean the stairmaster when I say the escalator. I mean the one that is a escalator and the stairs rotate. Do that and you get an ass and quads quickly.

I'm confused. Does this machine help or not? Are you saying the stair master with the escalator stairs is better?

I agree with your leg workout David. I also do lunges with a smith machine. Did this routine Saturday and my legs are killing me still. I want to add when on stair master, don't hold on and stand straight. I see so many losers bent over and hanging on. Love the workout tips David!

Musclejack UGH I know but i hang on because im too clumsy Im always tripping! So I try and rest my hands on the top of the screen for the least amount of support
